BlueScreenView (โปรแกรมแก้จอฟ้า ดูจอฟ้า BlueScreen) : สำหรับโปรแกรมนี้มีชื่อว่า BlueScreenView สามารถแปลได้ตรงๆ ตามชื่อของมันเลย ก็คือ มันเป็นโปรแกรมที่เอาไว้ตรวจสอบดูสาเหตของการแสดงหน้า จอฟ้า (BlueScreen) หรือที่ฝรั่งเค้าเรียกว่า Blue Screen of Death หรือ หน้าจอฟ้าแห่งความตาย โดยโปรแกรมนี้มันจะไปดึงเอาข้อมูลมาจากโฟลเดอร์ (Folder) ชื่อว่า minidump ซึ่งอยู่ใน c:windows โดยจะแสดงรายละเอียดประวัติ ข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้น วันและเวลาที่เกิดขึ้น พร้อมกับข้อมูลที่แจ้งเตือนขณะเกิดขึ้น และโค๊ดของข้อผิดพลาด (Bug Check Code) จำนวน 4 หลัก มันสามารถส่งข้อมูลออกมาได้ในรูปแบบของไฟล์เว็บเพจ HTML ซึ่งจะทำให้ท่านสามารถไปสืบเสาะค้นหาสาเหต ถึงต้นตอปัญหา ได้โดยเร็วต่อไป โปรแกรมเหมาะสำหรับช่างซ่อมคอม หรือ ผู้ที่สนใจทั่วไป

This program is called "BlueScreenView". It is a program that can scan all your minidump files created during 'blue screen of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one table. For each crash, BlueScreenView displays the minidump filename, the date/time of the crash, the basic crash information displayed in the blue screen (Bug Check Code and 4 parameters), and the details of the driver or module that possibly caused the crash (filename, product name, file description, and file version).
